PROGRAMS TO SAVE FUELS (GASOLINE OR PETROL, L.P. GAS AND DIESEL) IN VEHICLES AND MACHINERY.

              “As we had corroborated and demonstrated, it is possible to obtain a fuel’s save without the need of installing or replacing some vehicle’s parts, obtaining a raise of 25.93 percent on the gasoline or petrol yield. It was also possible to us to raise the L.P. Gas yield in 23.504 percent with an investment as low as $ 5.74 U.S. Dollars or to sky–rocket the gasoline or petrol yield to 94.91 percent repairing a vehicle using parts with some previous wear. It was also possible to obtain a fuel’s save and to know the amount of money saved since the very first day of implementation of a Program to save fuels in vehicles…”. A. INTRODUCTION.   THE FUELS LOSSES IN VEHICLES AND THE RAISE IN THE EMISSION OF POLLUTANTS.

                   Many vehicles and machinery consume a bigger amount of fuel in comparison with the amount that they really need to work in an efficient, economic and adequate way. Most of the time, persons and companies do not know or notice it or they can not “measure” and avoid it. A bigger amount of fuel does not means – and does not guarantees too   that a higher power, speed or engine’s yield is going to be obtained, by the opposite, the fuel’s excess becomes a loss that COSTS MONEY TO YOU, causes a bigger environmental pollution, harms to the ecosystems and health of persons and animals and has a direct repercussion on the duration of NOTRENEWABLE natural resources reserves. Let us increase your profits.

B. HOW DOES THE FUEL’S SAVE IS ACHIEVED?

The intention is to reduce the economic cost of each Kilometer or Mile of trip.

            The fuel’s save is achieved by identify and correct any kind of mechanical, technical, management, logistic or human aspects that causes high consumption or losses of fuel. The Institution's best goal has been to provide a net benefittocost ratio of $ 3.92 per each $ 1.00 invested in the Program to save fuels, avoiding the loss of approximately 32,605 liters (equivalent to 8,613 U.S. Gallons or 7,172 Imperial or Britannic Gallons) of regular 87Octane gasoline or Petrol in an 18 Light Trucks fleet.

            The Capacitation Center against the Vehicular Environmental Pollution, Civil (Non-Profit) Association’s Programs to save fuels can be applied in any kind of domestic or imported vehicles and machinery that use Gasoline or Petrol, L.P. Gas and Diesel, no matter the yearmodel, the engine’s size or displacement or the number of cylinders.

C. MOST IMPORTANT RESULTS.

            About the most important results obtained by the Capacitation Center against the Vehicular Environmental Pollution, Civil (Non-Profit) Association while performing Programs to save fuels in vehicles from 2000 to date, we must stand out the following information:

            The fuels’ purchases of a Company were reduced 12.771 percent in a oneyear period in comparison with the prior year, obtaining a gross save of $ 37,865.91 U.S. Dollars (having studied the historic fuels’ expenses behaviour during a 4year period as it is shown below) and providing a net benefittocost ratio of $ 3.92 per each $ 1.00 invested in the Program to save fuels, avoiding the loss of approximately 32,605 liters (equivalent to 8,613 U.S. Gallons or 7,172 Imperial or Britannic Gallons) of regular 87Octane gasoline or Petrol in an 18 Light Trucks fleet that ran 1'484,586 Kilometers (approximately 922,496 Miles) during 12 months.

               The following comparison was made to demonstrate that the $ 37,865.91 U.S. Dollars reduction in the fuelspurchases REALLY correspond to a save in the expenses:

               Como puede verse en la Tabla, mientras que el Precio de la Gasolina “Magna” se incrementó 25 Centavos entre los Meses de Enero y Diciembre del Año 2007 y el del Gas L.P. se elevó 12 Centavos, el Costo por cada Kilómetro recorrido se redujo 16 Centavos en ese mismo periodo, lo que demuestra que no solo se obtuvo un ahorro, sino que además se logró estar por debajo de los aumentos en los Precios de estos Combustibles.

              A very important aspect was to corroborate and demonstrate that it is possible to obtain a bigger and better fuel yield and a cheaper and lower cost per each Kilometer or Mile of trip using some older year–model vehicles in comparison with more–recent vehicles of the same kind, engine’s displacement and cylinder number and characteristics, as it is shown as follows:

D. MAXIMUM RAISES IN FUELS’ YIELDS OBTAINED:

Using Gasoline or Petrol: Maximum level obtained was a raise of 94.91 Percent, it represented a save in one month period of approximately $ 418.00 U.S. Dollars using a 3 Ton vehicle, that travelled 2,881 Kilometers (approximately 1,790 Miles).

            Without the need of installing or replacing some vehicle’s parts: 25.93 Percent (Using Gasoline or Petrol).

            Using L.P. Gas: 23.504 Percent.

E. HIGHEST REDUCTIONS ACHIEVED:

            In Fuels’ Purchases: 12.771 Percent in 1 year.

            In the cost per each Kilometer of trip: 18.66 Percent.

            In the amount of money assigned daily to perform the same trip: 34.13 Percent.

            In Carbon Monoxide (CO) Emissions: From a minimum of 6.667 Percent to a maximum of 78.824 Percent.
